SERVE

"This Son of Man did not come to be served but to serve" Matthew 20:28). In the same way, we also aim to make serving others an integral part of how we invest our resources. Although how we serve happens in various contexts, our ultimate goal is to ensure our efforts will have a positive impact toward the Kingdom of God.

Many of us give our time to civic opportunities throughout the river region like the Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, and little league coaching. we also serve one another and our neighbors by providing meals and doing yard work for those who are sick or setback, helping families move in/out, or hosting neighborhood events that offer a place to be loved.

There are also opportunities to serve when we gather together. The volunteer team at Christ Community Church allows us to have a vibrant, multi-dimensional ministry. Volunteers lead Small Groups from toddlers to adults, greet guests at the door, help in the tech booth, lead worship, and more.

No matter what your skill or passion, God wants to use you!

Question:  Are you investing your God-given time and energy to serve your local community and church for the growth of His Kingdom?
